On Aug. 26, 2009, 20 foreign students from the Graduate School of Governance at SungKyunKwan (SKK) University visited the head office of the National Tax Service. Each student, who was from 20 different countries and a tax official of their own countries, was participating in SKK University\'s course to study e-governance with support from KOICA. As part of the course, the tax officials from Africa, South Africa, Southeast Asia and other regions joined the NTS program for Hometax to get a glimpse on how the NTS\'s e-tax administration worked.
