 Dear
Taxpayer,

June
2 is the due date for income tax returns. Taxpayers are required to voluntarily
file income tax returns for the global income earned during the previous year.

For
domestic tax purpose, resident income earners are required to file an income
tax return along with any additional tax payments, even if taxes have already
been withheld and paid when income was received.

Taxpayers may receive a refund if they were overtaxed or may pay additional
taxes if they paid less than the taxes due.

Income
tax returns should be prepared by you or your tax agent, and the tax returns
may be filed by mail or, more conveniently, through the Hometax Service (www.hometax.go.kr)
of the National Tax Service (NTS).

If
you have any questions about your global income tax return or need an English
form, please refer to our tax return guide on the National Tax Service website
(
www.nts.go.kr/eng).

Also
see the attachment for further information.

Sincerely,

May
2008

National
Tax Service
