ATP Training Seminar Co-hosted by NTS and OECD CTPA

The
National Tax Service held ATP (Aggressive Tax Planning) seminar consisting of
training and seminar sessions on January 20-21, 2009. The two-day seminar was
participated by approximately 200 staff of International Taxation Bureau of
the head office and International Investigation Bureau of the Seoul Regional
Tax Office. During the training session, three experts of OECD ATP Unit provided
overview of OECD’s work on ATP and hot issues such as hybrid entity, tax haven
and High Net Worth Individuals. During the seminar session, the NTS shared its
success stories of dealing with Korean ATP cases.
